Using the Entertainment Book Direct to Hotel program is easy! Follow these steps:
Once your Entertainment Book is registered, go online and find Borgo Grondaie in your Entertainment Book.
Call us directly at +390577332539 or send us an e-mail hotel@borgogrondaie.com to make advanced reservations. Identify yourself as an Entertainment member.
Check in! You may be asked to present your Entertainment membership card at check-in.
Remember to book in advance, as we are not required to offer the Direct Hotel rate once we have reached 80% occupancy.
Call ahead and speak to Borgo Grondaie for complete details and any other restrictions. Certain holidays (New Year, Easter, Palio of July, Palio of August) or types of rooms (for example prepaid non refundable) not comply with your hotel of choice so make sure to read the details of your discount in order to get the best price possible.
