Italy trips: Delta Po - Borghetto - Verona

The reason of my trip this time was the concert of the Italian musician and composer Giovanni Allevi & the All Stars Orchestra held last September 1st at the Arena of Verona.

I'm a fan of this artist and I had the tickets since last May. So,why do not take the opportunity to visit new and places I have already seen but ever beautiful?

Adria was the base of my trip. It is a small and pretty town from where you can plan easily your visit of the Veneto region. I stayed…

Italy trips: Ferrara

Someone told me that to feel fine it’s a good thing to visit a new place every year so…

To respect the tradition on Christmas day I went to the Mass in the morning – I am a little bit lazy so I don’t go usually at the midnight Mass :) - and then I had lunch with my family after unwrapping the presents that Santa brought me.

The day after Christmas I went... to Adria, in Veneto, by train to meet my friend Mauro who is also an old friend of Borgo Grondaie. At the beginning we wanted to see Venice. We know Venice but every time it’s a pleasure for us to admire it. The only thing was that during this season there is the acqua alta (high water) and we weren’t excited about this experience. So, Mauro proposed to visit Ferrara as I had never been there.

Italy trips: 'Must' to see

After the post about a trip list in Italy let me now give you some tips you can’t miss when you visit those places.

As a guest of Borgo Grondaie told me one time... when you arrive in a new town look directions for the main Square: you won’t get lost and you will be sure to find there the most representative buildings of the town.

If you are an art lover I am sure you will bring with you all the information about art in Italy. If you are a not expert of art don’t worry. All the people are able to recognize and enjoy the beauty. At home you will have time enough to learn about the things you liked more.
