We like to drink… indeed we like to drink good. As a famous motto says: "life is too short to drink bad wine……!
Antonio is a wine lover. He is not a sommelier, he didn’t join any special courses, simply he loves wine.
There was the place to locate the cellar, a room made of bricks that was used in the last century as a cistern for collecting rainwater to use during the drought months.
The room was small but big enough for the wines that Antonio wanted to buy. The preference was given to local wines that collect great reputation abroad (Chianti and Brunello), but also a small corner of non – Tuscan wines equally famous abroad (Amarone, Barolo).

With guests, wine producers in Napa, journalists, or simply wine lovers that spent some days with us, we gladly shared experiences and traditions related to wine and our culture. We thank them because faced with a glass of wine we will remember always fantastic moments.
From that experience it was born the idea of organizing the Happy Hour.
The recipe: a buffet of local products offered to customers who buy a glass of wine.
Someone drank more than one glass and gave life to exhilarated moments. Someone found it a good excuse to meet other people and share the experience of the Italian holiday We loved that and that’s why we will go on in the future
